STEFAN PETERS
For over 20 years, I have been helping unique individuals to improve their quality of life and promote prevention.
This can mean increasing the body’s freedom of movement, reducing pain or making it easier to deal with stress and challenges. As a therapist, I support you with sports injuries, tension and overload, among other things. The goal is always relaxation and regeneration of body and mind.
“How can you stay fit and healthy in a stressful and challenging everyday life?”
There are questions that arise time and again and that always require individual answers.
What improvements are you striving for, what potential do you have to achieve them?
How can you remain productive and healthy in a stressful and challenging everyday life?
What simple techniques and new habits can you use to maintain or even increase your effectiveness?
How can you find your way back to regeneration and relaxation more quickly on your own?
What does it take to encourage and enable you to deal with challenges more consciously?
The focus is always on you. With your very personal wishes.

“Putting yourself first, is not because everyone else is second!”
Your health, happiness and energy also have a positive effect on your environment and you can support your loved ones even better. Most people who come to me are top performers in their everyday family life, at work or in sport and want to maintain their performance in a relaxed manner or quickly regain it when things get turbulent.
With my many years of experience in coaching professional athletes, including Bundesliga and Champions League players, I also offer ambitious recreational and performance-oriented athletes access to first-class coaching.
Through numerous qualifications and worldwide mentors, I have constantly expanded my knowledge in manual therapy, integrative bodywork, alternative treatment methods as well as mental health and coaching.
This combination enables an interplay from which my clients can benefit particularly sustainably.
Mental health
In my many years of treating physical complaints, I have noticed that many people know what could help them. However, the big challenge is usually to establish new habits, change old patterns and involve the environment so that you feel better in the long term.
In many cases, it is not enough to work purely physically in order to harmonize body and mind. Mental health is also important. This is because physical complaints are often only an expression or effect of a variety of factors such as stress, tension and mental strain.
I support you in achieving your personal goals and overcoming challenges. In a trusting environment, we will develop strategies together that will help you to develop your full potential.

In order to offer a holistic approach, I have learned both Western therapy methods and Far Eastern treatment arts and practiced them as an instructor.
My journey began in early 2000 with my training as a state-certified and recognized medical masseur. This was followed by numerous further training courses in complementary and alternative methods. Training in manual therapy according to the IMT concept is an important pillar of my work.
In addition, I have completed several years of training as a naturopath with a focus on conventional medicine and have undergone further training in communication techniques and professional coaching (Life & Business, according to international ICF guidelines).
My main areas of activity in the practice include:
- Physical and mental health
- Integrative manual therapy (IMT)
- Acupressure for orthopaedic complaints
- Treatment strategies for the shoulder and cervical spine
- Coaching and mental health
I am also active as an organizer and lecturer for further training courses for therapists at various educational institutions. Thanks to my good network, I can also recommend experts in other complementary fields if required.
