Registration / Dates

Appointments agreed by you are binding for both parties. Appointments can be postponed or canceled up to 48 hours in advance. If the appointment is not canceled in good time or not canceled at all, you may be charged up to 100% of the agreed service as compensation for loss. You will be given the opportunity to provide evidence of lesser damages or to provide a replacement.

Please understand that I schedule the appointments according to the planned duration and that other customers also want to keep their appointments on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, you are not entitled to the originally agreed duration.

The stated treatment times include the preliminary consultation and any follow-up consultation.

Health information

Before starting any treatment, you are obliged to provide me with complete, accurate and up-to-date information about your state of health and to inform me of any recommendations or restrictions regarding an application that the attending physician has given you.

In the case of subsequent treatments, I must also be informed of any changes in the state of health.

– Conditions of participation seminars –

Registration:
– Registrations can be made by telephone, e-mail or online.
– Registration is binding. After receipt of the registration, a confirmation of participation will be sent, with which the contract is concluded.
– The participation fee is due immediately upon registration. There are no additional costs.

Rebookings and cancellations:
– Your booking is binding and cannot be moved to other dates.
– Cancellation of participation is excluded.
– If a participant is unable to attend, it is possible to provide a substitute participant who will attend the seminar in his/her place.

Health and participation requirements:
– Participants must be healthy and must not be ill to take part in the seminars.
– There are no further requirements for participation.

Cancellation by the organizer:
– If a seminar is canceled by the organizer, participants can attend another date or receive a refund of the participation fee.
– Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Liability:
– The liability of the organizer is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.
– Liability for items brought along or personal injuries is excluded, except in cases of intent, gross negligence or breach of essential contractual obligations.

Behavior and confidentiality:
– Respectful treatment and confidentiality are mandatory. All personal information of participants will be treated discreetly.

Right of revocation:
– Consumers can revoke their contractual declaration within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation of participation without giving reasons.
– The revocation must be sent in writing to the following address: Praxis Stefan Peters, Fregestraße 27, 04105 Leipzig.
– The revocation can also be sent by e-mail to the address from which you received the confirmation.
– In the event of revocation, services received by both parties will be returned.

Copyright:
– Teaching materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or recorded.

Minimum number of participants:
– In case of cancellation due to insufficient number of participants or force majeure, the participation fee will be refunded.
– We reserve the right to make changes to the program or the instructor.

Validity:
– By registering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
