My trainer recommended Stefan to me as part of my personal training. I have been going to his practice regularly for four years now. He is an attentive listener, friendly and courteous. It’s nice to be able to say when you don’t want to talk or just want to have a chat. I really enjoy that. I would say there is a healthy balance of closeness and distance and he handles it very professionally. I would always recommend Stefan to people who are attentive to their body and open to many aspects of their body. He asks very holistic questions and looks at things comprehensively. He approaches the topic from different angles and takes many aspects and perspectives into account.

I come to full peace there and can let myself go in a familiar way. When I’m there, I can take a deep breath and relax. This also frees me mentally and I simply feel better afterwards. Shortly after the treatment, I feel relaxed, settled and usually more and more pain-free. I enjoy the feeling of being straightened and balanced again. My problems are mainly orthopaedic in nature, as I have had many hip operations and keep getting joint problems in my knees, hips and lower back.

Lately I have been struggling with neck problems, migraines and nausea, accompanied by severe headaches. Stefan advised me to use various breathing techniques, including the use of eye movements, to find relaxation and create quiet time for myself. I was looking for a way to harmonize body and soul. I think Stefan is able to do this. He has the relevant prior knowledge and empathy to relate to people.

I have always found Stefan to be helpful and accommodating. The interpersonal level is really relaxed, which I have always appreciated. Stefan is very calm, which I find pleasant as I am looking for relaxation. We all have enough stress in everyday life.

I became aware of him through my yoga teacher. She did a training course with him and that’s how we got talking. At the time, I had complaints in my cervical spine.

I like his calm, attentive and empathetic manner. And the discretion in our dealings with each other.

On a physical level, blockages are almost always released. A lot also happens on a psychological level, which only manifests itself later, even if it takes a little more time. I have the impression that a restructuring of my personality has taken place over the years, based on my observations. After three or four sessions, I came to a clear decision without this issue being addressed beforehand. That was fascinating to observe.
I have the feeling that a lot happens on a mental level through this bodywork.

I have complete confidence in his expertise. This feeling always accompanies me, because I know that he knows his job. This makes me feel much better and I always find the strength to cope with the high stress levels.

In any case, I appreciate this familiar yet detached manner. I like the way he handles it and we can always talk about my current issues. I also have the feeling that he can sense what’s wrong with my body without me having to tell him.

I received a voucher for a pregnancy massage from my sister in 2008. His manner is very attentive and appreciative. Even when treatments are paused, he always knows when you are back. We have known each other for quite a long time now and are getting better and better. Even after a long break, he still knew my son’s name from my first pregnancy, for example. Simple, flexible, appreciative and communicative – with the right instinct for the right time to speak or to be quiet. I found that very professional.

I was once in a lot of pain due to dental treatment. He was very flexible and pushed me to the back as the last patient. That simply saved the day. He’s not your typical physiotherapist as he takes a holistic approach. This is also reflected in his work. It is important to him to look at the whole person and not just the symptoms. One of his first questions to the patient is: “What do you want today?”

I find this very pleasant, as the communication is incredibly equal. Although it’s a different topic, it’s relevant in terms of expertise. A prescription is a prescription, but it’s important to consider what is really helpful at that moment. I would say that he helps me holistically. He is not a traditional physiotherapist for me. I rarely say that I go to physiotherapy, but that I have an appointment with Mr. Peters. For me, that makes a difference.

As a matter of principle, he cannot support the statutory health insurance system because it means he cannot help patients to the extent he would like. For him, this is a contradiction and therefore a statement. I think it’s right and good that he says: “I don’t want a 15-minute cycle.” I was already seeing him when I didn’t have private insurance. I booked a treatment every now and then, both as a pain patient and for relaxation.

I have already used both services. Our focus is on the treatment of pain caused by carrying children, for example. An important part of the therapy is relaxing the patient.

I always feel very grounded because Mr. Peters has a very calm manner and radiates a lot of relaxation and balance. This is very good for me, as I am very receptive to people who are in front of me. Of course, this can also have a positive effect. As in the case of Mr. Peters, this calm and relaxation quickly spreads to me. I can switch off easily and this also has a positive effect in the long term. A 20-minute treatment does nothing for me, I’ve tried everything. It’s pointless for me, so I’d rather pay more money for something more sustainable.

After an exhausting night or when my back was aching from carrying the children, it was simply a way for me to switch off and take care of myself for an hour. The way there and back was also an opportunity to relax. At home, we then made sure that I was a little more physically relaxed that day so that the treatment could have its full effect and linger. The treatment also has a lasting effect on a mental level, as I am calmer and more relaxed. I know that I have done something good for myself, and that always has a positive effect.

During my pregnancy and also during Corona, I felt incredibly safe with him. I don’t think I would ever have felt so relaxed going to another practice. I knew that he pays a lot of attention to how he treats his patients and that he is also very concerned about safety. I found that very pleasant. We now have short lines of communication, but I can’t say whether he has these with every patient. He is very attentive, appreciative and competent.

My husband gave me a gift voucher for a massage. This was the first time I came into contact with the practice due to chronic back pain. Although the voucher was actually intended for relaxation, I quickly realized that this was no ordinary massage practice. Stefan has an extraordinary demeanor and empathy, which made me very impressed. This is a holistic approach, as even the introductory consultation is a kind of talk therapy. In the preliminary talk, you are well received and calm down before concentrating on the bodywork.

This is suitable for anyone who feels that their body and mind are out of balance, especially if they have physical complaints. We will address these issues each time. After receiving a relaxation massage as a gift, I naturally addressed my pain points and was able to work with Stefan on my issues. This approach is suitable for anyone who has pain or feels a physical imbalance and is open to the fact that body and mind belong together. The positive thing is that he takes both into consideration and is professionally competent.

Yes, I definitely feel relaxed and relieved. Both physically and mentally. Normally I am always very stressed, but after our conversation I have the feeling that I have calmed down and that my physical complaints have been reduced by the treatment. If you address the pain points and perhaps also verbalize what you have accumulated over weeks, you will definitely feel more liberated. Of course, this also helps in everyday life, as you can work better.

Stefan is very sensitive, considerate and empathetic. He is professionally competent and radiates a lot of calm. I really appreciate the fact that he takes his time and listens to you. He doesn’t evaluate everything directly, but sometimes just lets things sink in. He doesn’t comment on everything and doesn’t immediately give an explanation. Instead, he asks more questions and we discuss the problem together as equals. I often tell my friends that it’s a bit like a therapy session. I’ve been with him for years and it can be helpful to have such an anchor point, especially in times of change or in stressful and stressful situations.

And that’s why I stayed there, because I really appreciate him. He responds professionally to individual needs instead of taking a standardized approach. The first consultation is always a relaxing and calming moment for me. Here I can already work through some things and prepare myself for the physical treatment. It’s a kind of life coaching (smile).

I think that this combination is really what makes it special, something that you won’t find anywhere else. It would probably also do me good to talk to him for an hour or three, and I appreciate the fact that you can address issues with him that are often neglected in everyday life, such as your own body, posture and musculoskeletal system. The opportunity to work with him on these topics is another reason for my visit. In my opinion, he is extremely talented. I can judge this because I have already had many massages and often go to physiotherapy. I think he has a high level of professional competence. I really appreciate his combination of humanity and professionalism and am glad to have found him. I am happy to recommend him to others.

I’ve been with Stefan Peters since the end of 2021. He was recommended to me by my yoga teacher, as she herself is undergoing treatment with him and is friends with him. I had problems with my foot while jogging. I then went to Mr. Peters and was very happy with his treatment. Since then, he has been my go-to person for these issues. Even under the difficult conditions of COVID-19, with masks and social distancing, he has proven to be a very good contact person. He takes good care of his patients and has also provided good support in my particular case.

He is empathetic, friendly and sociable in a pleasant way. Which is important in this job, because you open up personally and, especially as a woman, you sometimes take your clothes off. But I always felt very comfortable and protected. He is primarily the contact person for physiotherapeutic complaints. He listens to everything calmly, gets an idea and then treats. In my cases, this has always been successful. That’s why I’ve remained a patient there and feel that I’m in good hands.

Someone who is stressed and wants to calm down should make an appointment to reduce their stress levels. He is very competent at this and radiates calm in a positive way. If you don’t have any specific complaints, you can simply do something good for yourself and feel relaxed, rested and well treated. He is just as suitable for someone who is active and has a problem as he is for someone who wants to do something relaxing due to stress. That’s the important thing. It’s a good place to go for both.

He uses his knowledge of certain movement sequences from sport to help. He is able to put himself in the shoes of someone who is having difficulties and needs help with a specific problem. He also knows how important regeneration is after sporting activity in order to be able to perform again quickly. I come from a golfing background and currently have problems with my left arm, which is typical. He comes from tennis and can therefore draw comparisons. You can tell that he understands the movements and correlations very well.

When I go out, I always feel an improvement. In everyday life, I notice that my resilience has grown and that I am better able to cope with stress and recover more quickly.

I particularly appreciate his openness. I’ve been dealing with customers for more than 25 years and can appreciate that very well. He asks questions, but also takes a step back and doesn’t have a tendency to get things off his chest. It is important to explain the reasons for my presence. He knows his patients very well, especially those who come regularly, as in my case. I think it’s important to have the feeling that your concerns are being taken seriously and that you’re not simply being brushed off.

I have already tried other things, but nowhere have I felt so comfortable. I receive a lot of attention and my overall experience has been positive.

I became aware of him through an acquaintance. She recommended him to me. He is a very pleasant, balanced and calm person. He radiates a calmness that you wish you had for yourself. He is very sensitive in his dealings with people and even remembered the first time I was with him.

When I recommend a treatment to colleagues, I tell them to go to Stefan. He combines different therapies and applies what you need at the time, and I think that’s so good that it’s never a run-of-the-mill treatment, but always whatever problems, questions or complaints you have at the time. He responds to people’s individual needs and uses a variety of therapies to achieve the best possible result.

I’ve also been going to him for years as a preventative measure, as we all develop some form of postural damage over time, especially as desk workers. For me, it’s a way of staying healthy and I’m happy to invest in my health. I see my greatest added value in the area of health, especially in terms of flexibility. Before my child was born, I did a lot of yoga and already had a good body awareness. Although I’m not a couch potato, I still notice the benefit of being more mobile and agile now. When I hear colleagues who sit at a desk all day and complain about back pain week after week, month after month, I think that something should be done about it. It’s better to take preventative action before it becomes chronic.

The older you get, the more you want to maintain the status quo. Many people accept pain and physical complaints as normal without really looking at their health and their body. But that doesn’t have to be the case. It is important to pay attention to mobility, well-being and health.

And at the end, of course, there is relaxation. Everything is loosened up and works again. The great thing is that he tailors the treatment to each individual patient. No matter what level you come to him for (I think he also treats a lot of chronic pain patients). I go out of personal well-being, not out of necessity. But even when I was practicing yoga very intensively, I thought it was great that he understood that I was doing yoga because he does it himself. I could say: here in the lotus position it worked, but now it doesn’t, or look, in this asana it somehow hangs in the knee, and anyone else would probably have declared me crazy and said: ‘Then don’t do it’, but he understood what I meant and was able to help me by stretching and mobilizing me, and then it worked again.

“He’s found his calling,” I once said to him. “He’s like a diviner who detects blockages.” He’s really good at it and you feel like you’re in good hands. He has a real talent for it, without being pretentious or textbook.
